Black Horsehair Sumi-e Paintbrush With Wooden Ferrule

This Sumi-e paintbrush has a 4" long brush head made with my premium black horsehair. The handle was made from bamboo and has burned-in and dot accents.

The ferrule is made from a piece of antique quill bobbin and has both copper wire and engraved dot accents. The tapered brush head is a soft c-curved shape and the bristle has a very strong spring and great flex

The wooden ferrule has a combination of copper wire and engraved dot embellishments. The bristle is 4" in length.

The handle is 12" in length.
