Handmade Paint Brush 3.25" Premium White Goat Hair Bristles, on an 17" Bamboo Handle

This brush was made by Elizabeth. It has a bamboo handle, ceramic ferrule, and my super-premium white goat hair bristles.

Goat hair or 羊毛, youmou is flexible, durable, yet super soft and very absorbent.  Soft brushes are a bit more challenging to master, but if used skillfully deliver very interesting, and to an extent, unpredictable lines.

This brush was made using high-quality goat hair, the handle is 10.5 inches in length and has been conditioned with beeswax paste. The handle also has a natural stone embellishment with a leather hanging strap.

I consider my brushes to be a work of art in themselves, that being said they are made to make art.
