Handmade Paint Brush 2.5 inch Auburn Horse Hair Bristles, on a 7 inch Bamboo Handle

This brush was made by Elizabeth with TX  bamboo and a very premium auburn horse hair bristles. The bristles are soft, have great flex and the are absorbent. The brush head is shaped with a nice flat head that is 2.5 inches in length and 3 inches wide.

The handle is 7 inches in length (total length of this brush including the ceramic ferrule is 9 inches) and has been conditioned with beeswax paste. The handle also has a stone embellishment. The handle has a lot of character and is very comfortable to hold. I worked a lot on the handle to ensure that is felt really good in the hand.

I consider my brushes to be a work of art in themselves, that being said they are made to make art.
