Handmade Parrot Feather Paint Brush with 8" Long Bamboo Handle

This brush is handmade by Elizabeth, with black bamboo from TX and domestic parrot feathers for the brush head, which is soft, flexible and makes interesting marks. This brush is made to work with ink and is one of my favorite brushes to work with ink. You can create a lot of movement in the images this brush makes.

The feathers in the head are very fine/delicate, they are 2.25" in length and the brush handle is 8" in length. I rarely have these types of feathers, so small and beautifully shaped.

The bamboo handle is soft and smooth and has images of bamboo carved into it. It also has a leather hanging strap. 

I consider each brush to be a work of art, in addition to being a mark-making tool
