Skunk & Horsehair Sumi-e Paintbrush with Antique Quill Bobbin Ferrule

This listing is for a super beautiful skunk tail  & horsehair Sumi-e paintbrush. This brush has a super thick, full, long bristle head, that combines 2 different bristle types. The skunk tail is wrapped around the premium black horsehair, which creates a kind of wild bristle head. The brush can hold a lot of media, and the bristle is super soft and flexible.

The handle is bamboo and has a striped burned-in pattern, with beautiful deep red highlights. The ferrule was made with an antique quill bobbin, that has a copper wrap and inset bamboo.
