- Brush-making in the morning.
- Zen Painting sessions in the late morning and early afternoon.
- Encaustic Monotype demonstration using carbon and a wide array of silicone tools.
- Bag Lunch.
- Wild Mile Walk in the early afternoon.
- More Zen Painting in the late afternoon.
- Dinner in the evening.

- Work with a Large Brush in the morning.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy:
- All individual cancellations must be made in writing by email. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Final balances are due 90 days before your retreat commences.
- The non-refundable deposits go to our local partners (catering, lodging, transportation) and are assigned upon receipt. These deposits ensure your place at the retreat.
Refund Structure:
- Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: A refund of half the payment will be issued, minus the deposit.
- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days in advance: A refund of a quarter of the payment will be issued, minus the deposit.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, no refunds will be available.
We highly recommend that each participant obtains comprehensive travel insurance to cover their travel expenses to Montana, as well as insurance to safeguard against the possibility of cancellation due to illness. Please be aware that there are no exceptions to this policy. Your insurance will provide you with added security and peace of mind in unforeseen situations.
