Auburn Horsehair Sumi-e Paintbrush HB 135

This brush features my highest-quality horsehair which has naturally pointed tips. It has a shorter 2" bristle which creates additional stiffness. this allows for ease of use for a variety of different mediums, including oil, acrylic, ink, etc. The bend and stiffness of the brush hairs provide extra control, making it ideal for fine detail work and creating delicate or broad lines with each stroke.

The bamboo ferrule has a burned-in pattern and a leather hanging strap.

The handle is 8" in length and has a leather hanging strap.

This Sumi-e style paintbrush is a true fine art tool, while it is beautiful, it was made to paint with. This brush is perfect for acrylic, oil, and watercolor painting
