This immersive experience is led by two exceptional artists, Elizabeth Schowachert and Gabriela Sanchez, renowned for their mastery of their craft.

Accommodations and Retreat Prices:

To secure your spot, please pay the $500 non-refundable deposit for the specific room/accommodation you'd like to reserve (each room is priced differently, so be sure to check the total cost of your selected room and retreat, listed below by room). If you pay in full before March 1, 2025, you will save $300. Elizabeth will send invoices for the remaining balance two weeks before March 1, 2025, to those who have secured their room with a $500 deposit. For those choosing to pay later, invoices will be issued after March 1, 2025, for payment of the remaining balance. Please refer to our refund policy listed below for more details.

The Rustic Inn:

It is a great space for all to gather (all meals will be held in the banquet area of the Inn). 4200 sq. ft. of lounging, large spaces to relax, or spend time with others: 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, TV/Lounge room, banquet room. Three rooms with private baths and two hallway rooms share a bath.

Riverfront Cabin 1:

This riverside cabin accommodates 3 guests. Two bedrooms, one offering a queen bed and the second a set of twin bunk beds along with a queen bed. The vintage full-size kitchen provides a gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, fully stocked with dishes and cookware for serving meals. A double sink fully mirrored vanity area is separated from a large glass surround stand-up shower via an adjoining door. Plenty of lounging areas and the dining table for 6 or more. This unit is situated on the river with decks right out the door.

Riverfront Cabin 2:

With a Queen-sized bed and double futon sleeper, this unit sleeps 2 people. The kitchenette provides a microwave, 2 burner hot-plate, toaster oven, apartment size refrigerator, fully equipped with dishes and cookware for serving meals. Nice little lounge area to sit and relax until your day begins.

Riverfront Cabon 6:

Located in a quaint location on Swan River, this little gem is the perfect getaway. The rustic cozy cabin has two bedrooms and one bath with a stand-up shower. Private yet close to Bigfork within a 6-minute drive. Fully equipped kitchen, Cotton sheets, towels, and all the necessities you need to make your stay comfortable.

A small kitchenette offering a microwave, 2 burner hotplate, toaster oven, full-size refrigerator, stocked with dishes and cookware to prepare your meals.

Cozy Studio:

Up a set of stairs above our two-car garage, you'll find our little Cozy Studio. Fully equipped for your visit, it offers an apartment-size refrigerator, double burner cook plate, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven, perfect for a short getaway. It is 1, with a queen-size mattress or firm twin bed. The views of the mountains to the north are amazing. Just a minute's walk across the street to the main campus, the quiet rural neighborhood with paved streets great for walks, runs or just relaxing.

Cozy Studio with a full bed and in-suite bath $3400

Workshop instruction, individual discussions of artwork, process, etc.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

All individual cancellations must be made in writing by email. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Final balances are due 90 days before your retreat commences.
The non-refundable deposits go to our local partners (catering, lodging, transportation) and are assigned upon receipt. These deposits ensure your place at the retreat.

Refund Structure:

Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: A refund of half the payment will be issued, minus the deposit.
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days in advance: A refund of a quarter of the payment will be issued, minus the deposit.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds will be available.

We highly recommend that each participant obtains comprehensive travel insurance to cover their travel expenses to Montana, as well as insurance to safeguard against the possibility of cancellation due to illness. Please be aware that there are no exceptions to this policy. Your insurance will provide you with added security and peace of mind in unforeseen situations.
