Black Horsehair Sumi-e Paintbrush with Driftwood Handle #PB204

This listing is for a traditional tapered Sumi-e style paintbrush.  The brush handle is made from a piece of driftwood from Flathead Lake. The driftwood handle is delicate, and strong, and has a natural twist in the handle. The handle has been polished and has a satiny finish.

This brush type can work with a lot of different media including, acrylic, gel mediums, oil paint, etc. The bristle hairs are soft, thick have good spring, have natural pointed tips, and are absorbent. The bristle head is a traditional tapered Sumi-e style brush head shape.
