Currents of Fire and Line is an original encaustic monotype created on handmade Asian calligraphy paper. This piece explores movement, energy, and transformation through the contrast of flowing linear forms and saturated red tonal fields.

Layers of molten wax pigment were transferred by hand to the surface, then enhanced with blue ink applied manually to deepen the color and dimensionality. The result is a work that vibrates with rhythm — balancing precision and spontaneity within a structured field of motion.
