This handmade brush is made with natural deer tail hair from a white-tailed deer sourced in Montana. The bristles come to a fine, responsive point and can also separate slightly to create multiple delicate lines.

The brush has a light, flexible feel with a natural taper, allowing it to move easily between controlled line work and more open, expressive marks. It can be brought to a single point for finer detail or allowed to split for varied, linear texture.
The bamboo handle has a burned and burnished finish with a warm amber tone and natural ribbing, giving it a comfortable, balanced feel in the hand.
