Tapered Auburn Horsehair Sumi-e Paintbrush With Bamboo Ferrule

This brush is made with premium quality auburn horsehair bristles, 4.5" long, and with un-cut pointed tips. The handle is made of driftwood from the North Shore of Flathead Lake and has been polished, giving it a smooth, soft feel. It includes a bamboo ferrule to provide a seamless union between the bristles and the wooden handle. With its solid spring and great flex, this large painter's brush is perfect for producing large, dynamic brush strokes.

The bamboo ferrule has a burned-in pattern. The handle has red highlights and a natural, organic shape.

The handle is 18" in length and has a leather hanging strap.
