"Echoes" is a 14X18" encaustic monotype that seeks to capture the serene beauty of winter in the Flathead Valley. Using metallic, muted tones, each stroke of the silicone blade used to make this print resonates with the cold, tranquil ambiance of winter, echoing the hushed whispers of snow-covered peaks. Drawing inspiration from the raw beauty of nature, my intention with this piece has been to communicate a gentle and sincere appreciation for the landscapes that deeply move me.
