Natural Sable Paintbrush With Driftwood Brush Rest

This listing is for a natural sable paintbrush with a pointed tip and driftwood brush rest. The brush has a sable brush bristle, with natural strands which come to a long thin point. 

The handle is bamboo root and it has a striped burned-in pattern. The brush rest was made with a piece of driftwood from Flathead Lake.

This is a delicate brush, with a full head, that comes to a nice fine-pointed tip.

Sable brushes are often preferred by artists for their quality of picking up and dropping paint as well as their ability of precise control when painting with watercolors or acrylics.
